Registration
Opens: October 1, 2007 at 10:00 AM EDT
Closes: December 27, 2007 at 11:59 PM EST or when the 115 team limit is reached.
Registration Fee: $600.00
Engine Order Deadline
December 27, 2007
Order engines online upon completion of registration
Engine Order Shipping Fee: $130.00
Design Report
April 7, 2008
See section 51.1.1 of the rules
An electronic copy of the Design Report must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on Monday, April 7, 2008 at: bajasae@sae.org
You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of receiving your report. If you do not receive the confirmation it is the team’s responsibility to follow up.
Cost Report
April 14, 2008
See section 51.2.1 of the rules
An electronic copy of the Cost Report must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on Monday, April 14, 2008 at: bajasae@sae.org
You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of receiving your report. If you do not receive the confirmation it is the team’s responsibility to follow up.
Baja SAE Program Submissions
March 3, 2008
- All team members and faculty must be affiliated to their university on the Team Registration page. This list of names will be pulled for the program so please be sure all names are included.
- Team Overview / Summary text can be added on the Team Registration page. (1192 character maximum)
- Team photo for program can be attached on the Team Registration page. Photo can be of 2008 vehicle, 2007 vehicle, vehicle and team or CAD photo. This must be in jpeg format.
- If you are participating in more than one Baja SAE event, you only need to complete this information once in any of the three events you are registered for.
Please Note: If you do not submit all required items by the deadline, your team will not be published!
