Action Deadlines for 2012 Baja SAE® Wisconsin

Registration Opens: Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 10:00am EST Closes: Monday, December 19, 2011 at 11:59pm EST or when the 100 team limit is reached. Registration Fee: $1,000.00 USD
Engine Order Deadline Engines must be ordered online up until the close of Registration. Engine Order Shipping Fee: $200.00	December 19, 2011
DESIGN AND COST SUBMISSON PROCEDURES Web Based Submission - Teams competing in any North American Baja SAE competition must submit the following documents online through http://www.bajasae.net "Design Report" (C 3.2.3) "Cost Report" (C4.2.1 & C4.2.2) "Cost Documentation" (C 4.2.3) Forms - The standard forms that are required for documentation and submissions at BAJA SAE competitions will be located under "Rules and Important Documents" Account Signup for Online Submission - Teams must comply with certain requirements when registering at http://www.bajasae.net/go/signup and submitting documents online (see the Baja SAE 2012 Rules for Instructions Part E). Baja SAE Program Submissions Please be sure that all applicable team members and faculty are linked to the appropriate team(s) online. This list will be pulled to display all participant names in the program! All team names will be featured exactly as they appear on the Registered Teams list online; please verify that all spelling, punctuation, cases, etc. are correct. Please enter your URL in the Team Web Address field on the Team Registration page if you would like it published. Please complete online the team overview/ summary. This paragraph will be pulled for use of the program! Please attach online in designated area under team registration page a color photo of the 2012 car, car and team, CAD photo or 2012 car in jpeg format. This photo will be used for publishing in 2012 event program! Please Note: If you do not submit the required items by January 23, 2012, your team will not be published in the program.	January 23, 2012
