SAE Collegiate Design Series: Supermileage®
High School Registration Information
All high schools interested in participating in the SAE Supermileage competition must submit the High School Registration Form* to Eaton Corporation.
Please do not register for the competition on the SAE website.
High school teams must follow the 2006 Supermileage rules and regulations.
High school teams that are interested in ordering a Briggs & Stratton engine must do so by the engine order deadline date of December 29, 2006. All engine orders must be requested to Eaton by noon on this date. Engines are free of charge and can not be shipped to post office boxes or outside North America.
Important information about the competition can be found on the SAE Supermileage website. Information such as hotels, maps, and liability forms are currently available. A Supermileage Forum is available for communications between teams.
Please remember to print and sign the liability waivers prior to the competition. Any student that is 18 and under must complete a minor liability waiver (must be signed by both parents). These forms must be submitted during on-site registration. Any student that does not have a liability waiver form will not be allowed to participate in the competition.
Please contact CollegiateCompetitions@sae.org if you have any questions.
