9:00 a.m.	Eaton Corporation Proving Grounds opens for SAE Supermileage Participants
9:00 a.m.	SAE Supermileage 2008 registration opens; Sign-up for Verbal Proposal times
10:00 a.m.	Technical Inspection opens in Truck Garage; Verbal Design Proposals Start
1:00 p.m.	Track opens for practice for vehicles; Walking inspection of track by teams allowed - Only Technical Inspection Approved Vehicles may practice on track
4:00 p.m.	Track closes for practice
4:30 p.m.	Registration closes: Registration not available on Friday
4:30 p.m.	Technical Inspection closes
4:35 p.m.	Driver Meeting in Truck Garage - All Drivers must attend. Team Captains should attend.
5:20 p.m.	Optional Event: Most Visually Appealing Vehicle Contest Align vehicles inside Truck Garage (3 votes per team )
5:40 p.m.	Voting ends for Most Visually Appealing Vehicle Contest
6:00 p.m.	All Team Participants are required to leave Proving Grounds. Equipment may remain. Supermileage vehicles can be stored in Truck Garage.

Friday
8:00 a.m.	Eaton Corporation Proving Grounds opens for SAE Supermileage Participants
8:20 a.m.	Timing Transponder distribution begins
9:00 a.m.	Vehicle runs begin on track
10:00 a.m.	Technical Inspection opens in Truck Garage
4:30 p.m.	Technical Inspection closes; Banquet set-up begins
5:00 p.m.	Last vehicle run begins
6:00 p.m.	Banquet & Awards Ceremony begins in Truck Garage Door Prizes, Pizza, Soft Drinks, Cookies, and Awards
8:00 p.m.	All Team Participants and equipment are required to leave Proving Grounds. No vehicles are allowed on the track after the completion of the event.
